The supercapacitor energy storage dual power workover rig mainly consists of a diesel power unit composed of a diesel engine and a hydraulic gearbox, an electric power unit composed of a variable frequency motor and a mechanical gearbox, a transfer box, an angle transmission box, a winch, a derrick assembly, a starting capacitor energy storage and control system, a hydraulic and pneumatic control system transformer, an electric power access box, an MCC control cabinet, a variable frequency cabinet, an electric air compressor, an electric hydraulic pump station, etc. This machine can directly use the power supply (70kW) of the wellsite pumping unit for maintenance and operation of loads below 90 tons. Diesel engine power is used for heavy load maintenance and operation such as driving and unblocking of workover rigs, while variable frequency motor power is used for normal lifting and lowering operations.
