Electric workover rig

Electric well repair machine is a new, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly well repair equipment, consisting of a second-class chassis for automobiles, transformers, distribution cabinets, variable frequency control cabinets, AC variable frequency motors, angle drive boxes, winch assemblies, derrick assemblies, traveling systems, electric lubrication systems, air compression systems, hydraulic control systems, and accessories. It uses wellsite electricity as its power source, and outputs power (either 1140V or 380V) through the wellsite pumping unit distribution box. After being transformed into 380V AC power by a transformer, it is output to the distribution cabinet and AC frequency conversion cabinet. After being frequency converted by the AC frequency conversion controller, it is input to the main motor, which drives the angle transmission box and winch to operate for oil pipe lifting and lowering operations.
